Steps:

 

1. To request a password reset, go to this link to access the client portal: https://client.ngnyhosting.com.au/

 

2. You can find the Forgot Password under Account drop down or on the login page beside the login button.

 

 

3. Then you will be redirected to a page where you can enter your email address

 

 

a. Once you enter your email address there will be a set of security questions that needs to be answered correctly. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link, to ensure that you are the person who requested the password reset. The link is valid for two hours from the time of request.

 

b. If there is not a set security question and answer, the system sends the email immediately when you enter your email address.

 

 

c. When you click the link in the email, you will be directed to the password reset validation page, where you can set a new password.

 

4. You can then log in immediately using the new password.
