We wanted to provide a quick update following a recent interruption affecting your website.
The service disruption began at approximately 12:00 AM on Sunday, April 12, and full service was restored by approximately 9:00 AM on Monday, April 13.
This interruption was caused by a minor issue with one of our upstream suppliers, which has now been fully resolved. All services are currently operating as expected.
As a precaution, our team is conducting a review across all managed sites to ensure everything remains stable, secure, and performing optimally. If we identify anything requiring attention, we will address it proactively.
Backup Status
A full site backup was completed between 6:00 AM and 12:30 PM on April 12. Additionally, we are performing a manual backup this morning to ensure the most up-to-date version is securely captured.
